Welcome to Zane Edward Salon (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://zaneedwardsalon.com/ products, services, booking system, platform, downloadable content, AI voice & chat assistants, and SMS communications features (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

LATE / CANCELLATION POLICY:

If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or shortened. We request at least a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation, as we may be able to accommodate another guest.

Any guest that has frequently missed or rescheduled appointments will be required to provide us with their credit card information for future reservations.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or poor hygiene.

SERVICE GUARANTEE (Redo Policy):

We strive for perfection. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your service. While we do not offer refunds on services, we are happy to schedule a correction appointment.

CONSULTATIONS:

All services begin with a thorough consultation—the most important part of the experience. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what our guests are expecting. As wishes are discussed, we ask our guests to voice any issues, concerns, allergies or medical conditions—we’re here for you and want you to be 100% satisfied. Our service providers will also offer product recommendations, as well as discuss routine maintenance. Before the service is performed, stylists will discuss the process as well as the products that will be used. We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections. Please understand some service requests will take multiple visits.

VERBAL CONSENT & ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

By verbally approving to move forward with the service requested the client agrees to enter into a verbal agreement with Zane Edward Salon for services requested in exchange for the agreed upon costs of services as permitted by Florida Statute of Frauds (725.01).

The agreement:

"Client understands that there verbal consent is binding and confirms they have read and accept, Zane Edward Salon Terms of Service along with the assumption of risks associated with chemical hair services (color, bleach, etc.) including coloring, including potential damage or unexpected results. Client further affirms that they have disclosed all prior services and allergies to there hair design artist. By verbal authorization to proceed with this service, client acknowledges these risk and accepts them."

Risks to Hair Mentioned:

  • Damage/Breakage: Potential for damage to the hair shaft due to chemical processing.

  • Allergic Reactions: Risks of skin irritation or allergies from hair dye products.

  • Color Results: Acknowledgment that desired results may require multiple sessions, especially when lifting dark hair, and that the final color may vary.

REFUND POLICY:

Because of our thorough consultation process and with your verbal consent you agree and assume the risk associated with and/or highlighted by your Hair Design Artist, there are no refunds of services for any reason however we will make every attempt to ensure your satisfaction upon your notification to Zane Edward Salon Management.

EXCHANGES:

Concerning purchases, we will gladly exchange an unused and unopened product that was purchased in our salon for another product, though promotional pricing will not be extended. Salon receipt is required for all exchanges.

GUEST SAFETY AND CHILDREN:

To ensure the safety of our guests/staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor. In our efforts to provide a relaxed and professional experience for all of our guests, we ask that you watch your children at all times while in the salon. Children’s cuts will be terminated if the child is not enjoying the service.

CELL PHONES AND ELECTRONIC DEVICES:

We kindly request that phones be silenced, set to vibrate or be turned off to ensure that all our guests receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide. Two-way communication devices are also requested to be in ‘Off’ mode.

FEES & PAYMENTS

CONVIENCE

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash are all accepted methods of payment. A processing fee is applied to your total bill including the tip if you choose to pay and tip with a credit card. The processing fee does not apply to debit cards.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS

HEALTH & SAFETY

At Zane Edward Salon we take every step to ensure that our salon is clean and disinfected in accordance with Florida regulation 61G5-20.002. Our process is not limited to the daily cleaning and disinfecting in between services, it also includes nightly disinfection of al surfaces, equipment and HVAC. To maintain this level of commitment is costly so we do pass along a nominal sanitation fee for all services.

MISCELLANEOUS

Zane Edward Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items left behind. We are not responsible for any damages to your vehicle while parked in the shopping center parking lot.

PETS: Per Florida law unfortunately pets are not allowed in the salon with the exception of service animals.
